Y.U.M....

I don't normally leave work for lunch because I'm so busy during the day, but today I needed to get out into the amazing fresh air and go....shopping of course!

My best friend was coming over tonight and I wanted to get a bunch of projects around the house done, so I was on a mission to find a bookshelf for the master closet so we can have some organization. I thought there was a Goodwill at this certain intersection so I pulled over there and noticed it had a business name but looked like a creppy old warehouse...so what did I do? I ventured in of course!

Oh My Gosh!!! I have found my new favorite store, there are over 200 vendors in this warehouse and they each have a booth set up. Not all booth owners are there, so you take your items to the front and these ladies who run the entire warehouse check you out. Pretty neat!
Here are a few pics:

Now I remember why I don't leave work for lunch...I end up spending too much $$$.

I found these really cute pulls for our master bedroom dresser that we sanded and I am attempting to find the right color navy for.

I also found some metal letters that I've been searching for everywhere but can never find all 3 letters at the same time...but I did today :)

Of all the things I have purchased for the house this is the one item that Chance is mad about how much I paid for them...I can't believe I left the price tag on! I paid $23 for each letter...I know I'm crazy! But I'm never able to find all 3 letters together and can't risk them not being the same size so swooped 'em up and paid the outrageous price. Chance is just mad because he knows his dad can make these letters for us for free...well I didn't know that!

So here is my "YUM"...I will probably put these on the new piece of furniture I get for the dining room wall.

Side note - if you live any where near Canton, TX they have massive piles of letters sitting around for super cheap...so check them out there first. I don't have plans of going to Canton any time soon so I had to bite the bullet and just pay for them.

And a few more finds:

Wooden candle, towel hooks for the guest bathroom, a cool vase, and metal wine holder.

After this I had to run by Hobby Lobby (don't forget your 40% off coupon! But really you should never have to use it because every item in that store goes on sale 50% off at some point. If it isn't on sale, wait 2-4 weeks and then it will be. So if you aren't in a rush, just wait for it to be half off, but you won't be able to use the 40% coupon, in addition. If you are in a rush, there are paper ads, as well as the website 40% off ad and Hobby Lobby accepts ads on Smartphones). So at Hobby Lobby I picked up 8 of these metal shelf holder things. They were half off, so all 8 were only $30. I need 2 per shelf and have 2 shelves in the master and 2 in the guest bathroom.
