Opening Day at the Pool

This weekend was opening day at our pool!

The boys were the first ones in...other than the few people who did the arctic plunge (Ethan and Jax on accident, and Nate and Stace on purpose)

Schuepbach Wedding!

After checking out the house we drove to Abilene. On Friday night we met up with everyone at the winery after the rehearsal. We had a lot of fun and went fishing after the rehearsal dinner.

On Saturday, we attended the wedding. It was really fun and we had a blast. I took more pics this day:

First House Showing for Chance

Awhile back when I posted about buying our lot, I mentioned that on that particular day I had no idea we would be buying anything. I wanted to just take a look at some model homes and neighborhoods. When I saw our neighborhood, I absolutely FELL IN LOVE with it. Chance was at work at the time, so he wasn't able to come see the lot. He said he trusted my decision, so if I wanted to buy the lot, then go for it....so I did! I showed him the dirt, the model home and the home for sale that has the same floor plan except it has a bonus room upstairs, via FaceTime.

We took off on Friday to head to Abilene for Chance's good friends wedding, and on the way we went by the lot and I showed him the neighborhood, and the model home as well as the home for sale that is our same floor plan, but with an upstairs room.
