Christmas 2013

Santa brought an Elf on the Shelf for Kyler & Ethan and one for Jax. These Elves do some really cool things and some really naughty things! They arrived at my parents on Thanksgiving since we were all over there for the holidays by ziplining into the living room from upstairs. The boys thought it was really cool.
A few weekends before Christmas we all got together and went to a Christmas party in a neighborhood near my sisters.

Tubing!

Pictures with Santa!

Train ride to see the Christmas lights!

Time to ice skate!

Showoffs! ;)
I would like to think I'm really good at many things...clearly I'm not good at ice skating on plastic!
Ouch!

Shurtleff (my dad's side) Christmas!

 Chance, me and Rylee!

Love this smile! My favorite picture of Jax.

For Christmas, Chance and my dad received grilling aprons with hand towels on the front and when you lift the hand towel to wipe your hand....it has...guy genitalia.....I'm disturbed, haha not really. I have a sense of humor! I actually bought them for them! :)
A few nights later, my mom's side came over, this is the Massey Christmas:
The kids all opened a gift!

Christmas Eve!
Chance went to his family Christmas Eve and this is my year to spend with my family
Our Family :)
Stace and Jason
Mandy and Ronnie
We let the boys open 2 gifts. They each opened pajamas and sleeping bags to sleep in.

And left cookies, milk and a note for Santa!

Christmas Morning:
Waiting for everyone so we can go downstairs!

The boys each got a robodog from Santa

Jax loves his workbench
Nate got an iPad
I got a bunch of new stuff for our new house. And thank you Santa for giving me a ski trip to Breckendridge, CO!
The boys both got tablets from my parents. They LOVE them! Kyler told my mom this tablet was the best gift in the WHOLE world! My mom is trying to figure out how she will ever top that....I told her only a pony would top that! haha
Mandy received a tablet as well, and she loves it too!

Rylee beary being cute :)
My mom posted this picture on FB on Christmas morning....technology has overrun our house!Decorations - the Christmas theme for this year was natural simplicity:

We have 4 Christmas trees.
1 - the main one downstairs in the living room which is below.
2 - one in the dining room that has poinsettias around it
3 - a memory tree with ornaments collected from around the world (like this one below with Big Ben)
4 - a childrens tree, which is upstairs in the game room
An ornament my mom and I bought while in NYC over the summer! Empire State Building
