Happy Birthday Jax!

Happy 1st birthday to my baby nephew Jaxon Slade! You are the sweetest baby and continue to amaze me. You have grown so fast and can't believe it was a year ago today we were all standing in the waiting room waiting for you to be wheeled in. You have been the best baby over this past year and can't wait to see you grow into a perfect young boy! I love you so much Jax!
