A great weekend!

Friday night I met Stacey, Tiffany and Krystle  and some other friends out at Love and War. We listened to Mark David Manders, Mark Shelton and Jake Bays. It was a lot of fun!

Saturday I went home to hang out with my mom and also so she could make me some of her famous chicken dip. I wanted to serve it Sunday for when Mycah and Josh came over. When I arrived I saw a gift that was wrapped in the kitchen, she said it was mine and when I opened it I was SO excited. She bought me a food processor so now I can make my own chicken dip!

My mom has always wanted a "wrapping area/closet" so we pulled everything out of the closet in my old room. This is the before picture.

And this is the after! Now she has a wrapping area with all of her gift bags, gift tags, tissue paper, etc.

 

Sunday afternoon my mom and I ran some errands and then I rushed home to get ready for our BBQ. Chance and I had Mycah and Josh over so we could catch up and I wanted Mycah to meet Chance since they never have met. We also wanted Chance and Josh to meet since they haven't either! It was a lot of fun. Mycah and I did a lot of talking, the food was great and the guys grilled out and talked the whole time!

After dinner I was walking Mycah, Josh and Roxie (their dog) to the car and I saw a girl walking with a baby raccoon. I really wanted to hold it...after she told me she had taken it to get her rabies shot! So here it is:

She said there is a 50/50 chance on whether or not they will go crazy when they get bigger. Personally, I wouldn't take that chance!

Overall, this weekend was so much fun! I love my family and best friends! :)
