Sam is in town!

My good friend, Sam, who has lived in Houston for awhile now came in town this weekend. I was so excited to see her since it's been almost a year! The last time I saw her was when I went down to Houston for her birthday last mid-November.

We met a group of friends at BJs in Lewisville on Friday night.

After dinner, Karina, Courtney and I went to Public House where Chance works to see him and hang out for a bit.

I'm so happy Sam is back in town even if it is for just two days. Saturday her and her boyfriend Jared, met Chance and I at my parents since the whole reason they were in town was for Jared's triathlon in Rockwall. Since it was at the harbor and so close to my parents house we stayed the night over there.

The next morning Sam and Jared went to the harbor very early and I went later around 8:30am. The roads were completely blocked since there were so many people on bicycles so I had to drive down back roads and neighborhoods to get to the next town just to get on the highway and come back down to the harbor. My mom was following me because she had to go to the airport that morning and was really pushing it since we had to drive so far out of the way!

Overall, Jared won FIRST PLACE for his guys division. Yay go Jared! It was really fun being up there and being immersed in that lifestyle with all those healthy people haha.
