Stacy and Luke's Wedding!

Chance and I took off work on Friday and headed up to Eureka Springs, AR. The drive wasn't bad at all (except for how slow you have to drive through OK), but other than that it was actually quite beautiful!

Somehow I lost all these pics as well. I'm the queen of taking pictures, and I don't typically erase pictures without blogging first, but I guess this was a learning experience for me...I won't wait so long to blog!

The first night we arrived, we checked into our cabin on Beaver Lake, got unpacked, then had to get ready so we could meet everyone out for dinner.

The next morning we woke up the most beautiful view. The entire wall of the cabin was windows, so the picture below was taken from our bed.
We started off the morning by enjoying our coffee and breakfast out on the porch.
After breakfast we had two masseuses come to our room, they set up beds and we got a couples massage. It was very relaxing and wonderful!

After that, we got ready and headed to the wedding. They got married in Thorncrown Chapel - it was absolutely stunning!

Afterwards we attended the dinner and celebrated with everyone! Chance even caught the garder!

Congrats you guys. Chance and I wish you all the happiness in the world.

The next morning (Sunday) we were supposed to leave, but we were having such a nice relaxing weekend, that we decided to take advantage of being off work the next day for MLK Day. Unfortunately, our cabin wasn't available so we had to move hotels. I wanted to make the best of the situation, since packing up from one hotel to go to another for just the night is never enjoyable, so I booked us a tree house cabin. I thought that would be interesting! Here is a pic of our place.

After moving to our new place we met up with the newlyweds and had brunch. If you have never been to Eureka Springs, there aren't a bunch of fine dining options. So we pull up to this place that has only motorcycles parked up front, we walk in, it's all motorcycle guys and gals in their leather and they are all staring like we are lost. We figure what the heck, lets just stay, so we did...and the food was.....AWESOME! I would seriously go back every morning if I lived here!

The newlyweds:

After that we headed out to Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, and it was really cool!

After that, we headed to the Christ of Ozarks, which was also really neat. They even have an actual piece of the Berlin wall.

Lastly, we went to St Elizabeth Catholic Church:
