Over the Summer of 2008, Anne and I spent some time in Santa Cruz, California with her dad, Dave, Stepmom, Karen, and Step siblings Madison and Payton, and Payton's bff Rowan. We spent time hanging out by the pool, the beach, restaurants, the pier, and the boardwalk. Santa Cruz is situated on the northern edge of Monterey Bay, about 72 miles south of San Francisco. Santa Cruz has a population of about 59,946.
